Ain't Captain America

God knows why I’m writing this in English. No grammars, no expressions, just crazy talking.

There’s one little detail that touched me in IW. It is that right at the fight scene at WAKANDA, Cap and the BLACK PANTHER rushed forward at the same speed. I was slightly shocked at that moment.

We all know that Cap actually has no superpowers. All he got was that old, unimproved serum. And then 70 years passed, here come these superheroes and these super villains, and he’s still good old Steve with his poor serum. Yet, he runs as fast as the guy who has the real superpower. That’s insane.

He’s always protecting.

After he saving Wanda and Vision, he was asked where to go. He said, “home”. Which is the Avengers tower.

People in that building once stood on the opposite side of him. They disagreed with him, they fought against him, they tried to arrest him. And yet, he calls it, “home”.

He’s always kind.

The Winter Soldier is the first MARVEL movie I saw. And CAPTAIN AMERICA is my guide to the MCU. He’s a guiding role for me at my superheroes tour. And I turned back to the first CAPTAIN AMERICA movie, it’s the First Avenger. And I was told something brand new.

“Good becomes great.”
“That you must stay who you are. Not a perfect soldier, but a good man.”

It brought me much in such a short movie. I experienced from it, I learned from it.

Steve Rogers is like a mentor to me. He doesn’t talk big, he never surprises. He just stands there, and does what he does.

He is just staying who he is.

The world is changing, so as people. But here’s this little guy from Brooklyn, who was saying “I can do this all day”, he doesn’t change a thing. He’s still doing what he joined the army for 70 years ago, that he fights for what he believes in. Now and then.

Yes, he’s a soldier, he’s a fighter, he’s leader, he’s a hero, he’s CAPTAIN AMERICA.
He’s unique.

He’s Steve Rogers.
